The following documents form the five-year RIIO-2 Business Plan, to be reviewed in two-yearly planning cycles. See the RIIO-2 home page for the latest update.

Following Ofgem’s Challenge Group review of our draft submission in July, the following documents were updated and submitted to Ofgem ahead of the Final Determinations in December.

In this section you will find the first iterations of our Business Plan documents submitted to Ofgem’s Challenge Group for their initial feedback.

As part of the early RIIO-2 submission process, we outlined our ambitions and mission statement which you can find below.

The final 2019-21 Forward Plan was published in March 2019, setting out our activities for the 2019-21 period. We produced a two-year plan to provide visibility of the remainder of the period before RIIO-2. Prior to publishing the final plan, we had consulted on a draft plan, and stakeholders had provided their feedback.
