GSR029: Review of Demand Connection Criteria to Align with EREC P2/7

This modification is proposed to review the demand connection criteria in Section 3 of the NETS SQSS to resolve the discrepancies with EREC P2/7. This includes the review of the group demand definitionanddemand security contribution assumptions from embedded generation, demand side response, storage and active network management schemes.
