CMP331: Option to replace generic Annual Load Factors (ALFs) with site specific ALFs
The purpose of this modification is to provide new generators with the option to replace the generic Annual Load Factors (ALFs) used to determine their TNUoS charges with a user-provided ALF. The user-provided ALF will be based on the generators expected output and require approval from the ESO.
