Local Authority Level Spatial Heat Model Outputs (FES)
This dataset represents the regional results from the Spatial Heat model used as part of the Future Energy Scenarios.
The 2021 data was generated to support a thought piece to explore the findings from our new spatial heat model in more depth. The data varies from the data published alongside our FES 2021 analysis due to our analysis and modelling being updated. This includes an enhanced representation of how technology stock varies on a regional basis. This was in readiness for our FES 2022 analysis.
The data includes the number of buildings per Local Authority on each heating technology, for each scenario between 2020 and 2035, in five year increments as well as the proportion of buildings in each LA on each technology.
The 2022 data is an output from our FES 2022 analysis and includes data for each scenario between 2020 and 2050.
