PM085: Modification to STCP04-3 to include a Power Available signal in Appendix B4.1

STCP04-3 details the real time data provisions Relevant Transmission Licensees are required to provide to NGET. Section 3.3.4 of STCP04-3 specifies that NGET shall procure that the User provides analogue data from the User’s System as required by NGET pursuant to the Grid Code see appendix B4.1) as reasonably required by NGET and as reasonably required by the TO. The analogue data shall be documented in a Connection Site Specification between NGET and the TO. The TO shall then collect and forward this analogue data to NGET. On 22 January 2015, CC.6.5.6 of the Grid Code was updated following Grid Code consultation GC0063. This modification, amongst other things, specified that a requirement would be included within the Bilateral Agreement for Power Park Modules with a Completion Date on or after 1 April 2016 to provide a Power Available signal.
