PM0114: Introducing STCP21-2 Network Asset Risk Metric (NARM) Data Exchange

This Proposal seeks to introduce a new STCP (21-2) to provide a mechanism for the formal exchange of data between Onshore TOs and the Electricity System Operator (ESO) to enable the Onshore TOs to carry out the Network Asset Risk Metric (NARM).
