GC0083: European Transparency Regulation Implementation

The European Commission Regulation No 543/20131 came into force on 4 July 2013. It requires the publication of a common set of data related to generation, transmission and electricity consumption. Primary data owners are obligated to submit information to their TSO for publication on a central European reporting platform managed by ENTSO-E. This proposal deals with the necessary Grid Code changes required to comply with this EU Regulation. The mandatory go-live date for implementation is 4 January 2015.
