Non-Compliance Self-Reporting (NCSR): ESO Overview: Customers who have reached a Connections Contract / Bilateral Agreement with National Grid ESO (NGESO) and are aware of a non-compliance or suspected non-compliance against any of the requirements of the Grid Code must notify National Grid ESO immediately. Importantly, a non-compliance or suspected non-compliance can equally be raised by other connection stakeholders, particularly Transmission Owners and / or by NGESO respectively.
