GNCNR: Methodology and feedback

As part of our preparation to become NESO, several teams across the organisation are working on natural gas and examining it in the context of the broader energy ecosystem.  

Our first-ever gas publication, the Gas Network Capability Needs Report (GNCNR), will be published before the end of the year and forms one of the new licence obligations we will have as NESO. It will examine the current network and analyse it against future energy pathways. This analysis will then inform recommendations about any required changes to ensure the network remains safe and meets future requirements.
