This amendment seeks to Modify the CUSC to incorporate provisions to allow the use of: A Performance Bond Bi-lateral insurance Independent Security Advanced Payment Objectives incorporating the Best Practice Guidelines for Network Operator Credit Cover Conclusions Document published in February 2005 by OFGEM.
