EBR Article 18 consultation for Demand Flexibility Service (DFS) winter 23/24

We're running a consultation on the terms and conditions of a revised Demand Flexibility Service for this coming winter, in accordance with the requirements of EBR Article 18.

Following some fantastic engagement and feedback with industry, we're proposing several developments to the 22/23 service and would welcome your responses as early as possible. 

The consultation will remain open until 5pm on 17 July 2023.

Please be mindful that responses must be in the provided proforma published below.
